Digit is a bipedal delivery robot designed by US company Agility Robotics, and it can promptly be your characteristic carrier for a decent six-figure amount, according to The Verge.

We first confronted Digit in May 2019, when it was standing developed as collaboration between Agile and car manufacturer Ford. It was designed to ‘live’ inside driverless delivery vehicles, and gain its keep offering customers’ aggregates the last few yards to their front doors.

Navigating restrictions like plant pots, broken pavements, and garden gnomes could prove a complicated indictment for a bipedal robot. It communicates back to the distribution truck if it confronts an obstacle. There, heavy-duty hardware could determine the best way to handle it, and transmit directions back to the robot.

Digit or other Agility robots won’t be released to be armed with either harmful or non-lethal weaponry of any manner. This comprises weapons for non-human use, like those utilized to neutralize IEDs.
